Sure! I always like a challenge but my paper is low so I will have to see what it is. :)

Okay. First are you familiar with a model called "Sonobe Unit"?
It takes 200+ squares. but each unit can't be to big or the model will cave in.

I am very familiar with the sonobe. I have a buckyball but it's saggy but i fixed it... ANYWAY, I'm interested but I don't have near enough 4x4 inch paper at the moment but I could get my hands on some 2x2 if that's better. I don't know what do you think? :l

lol, I've had a buckyball, it sagged slightly. If you're willing to sacrifice the 4x4 you could make it into 2x2s.

Yes and no. I folded a tornillo unit AKA BASCETTA STAR or GREAT STELLATED DODECAHEDRON unit and assembled 120 of them as a rhombicosidodecahedron. There is a tutorial of how to fold the pieces but not how to put them together like I did :( I looked at a photo by Martin Sejer Andersen on his Flickr Photostream
